1. Who we are

The Site is run by LewdDex ("we", "us"). Contact: help@lewddex.com.

2. Adults only

The Site lists adult games and displays explicit artwork. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to view sexually explicit material where you are. You must not use the Site where viewing it is illegal. We use an age gate and may require age verification where the law of your location demands it; providing false information to get past it breaks these terms.

3. What the Site is — and isn't

The Site is an index. We catalogue information about adult indie games — titles, creators, versions, tags, screenshots and links to each developer's official pages. We do not host, sell, mirror or distribute game files, and we don't link to unofficial copies. Downloads and purchases happen on third-party sites we don't control. Their content, terms and safety are their responsibility; a listing is not an endorsement.

Catalogue information is gathered from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Ratings and view counts are reproduced from their sources.

4. Accounts and alerts

Update alerts and developer accounts work by email. Keep your sign-in links private — anyone with a link can use it. You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time from any alert email.

5. Developer listings

Developers may claim the listings for games they made. By claiming you confirm you are authorised to act for that creator. You keep ownership of anything you submit (links, bios, descriptions); you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display it on the Site and in our promotion of the Site, for as long as it stays on the Site. You're responsible for what you submit: it must be accurate, lawful, yours to share, and comply with our Content Policy. We may edit or remove submissions and revoke a claim at any time — for example if ownership is disputed.

6. Things you must not do

• Use the Site if you are under 18 or where it is illegal for you.
• Submit content that breaks our Content Policy, infringes anyone's rights, or is false or misleading.
• Claim a listing that isn't yours or impersonate anyone.
• Scrape, crawl or copy the Site in bulk, or overload, probe or attack it — except search engines following our robots.txt.
• Bypass the age gate, rate limits or other protections, or use the Site to send spam.

7. Intellectual property

Game titles, artwork, screenshots and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to identify and describe their games. If you own rights in something on the Site and want it removed, see DMCA & Removals. The Site's own design, code and compilation are ours.

8. Advertising and featured listings

The Site may show advertising and paid "Featured" placements, which will be labelled. We aren't responsible for advertisers' products or sites.

9. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that linked third-party sites or files are safe.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party site or file reached through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.

12. Ending access

We may suspend or end access to the Site, remove content, or close accounts at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
