Who is responsible

What we collect

• If you browse: nothing that identifies you by name. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the Site — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and approximate location — and keeps short-lived logs for security and performance.
• Age gate: our age-gate provider, Verisdiction, uses your approximate location (from your IP address) to show the check your jurisdiction requires and stores a pass/fail result so you aren't asked repeatedly. Where a law requires identity-based age verification, that check is performed by a third-party verification provider under its own privacy policy; we receive only whether you passed, never your ID document or date of birth.
• If you sign up for update alerts: your email address, the games you follow, when you confirmed, and which alerts we've sent you.
• If you're a developer: your email address, sign-in records, your claims and how they were verified, and the links, bio and descriptions you submit (which are public).
• Abuse prevention: a temporary counter of form submissions per IP address, kept for about an hour.

Cookies and local storage

We use only functional storage, no tracking or advertising cookies:

• ldx_sub — remembers your update-alert subscription so you can add games without re-confirming (1 year).
• ldx_dev — keeps a developer signed in (30 days).
• Age-gate status — stored in your browser so the age check isn't repeated.

How we use it

Only to run the features you asked for: sending the alerts and sign-in links you requested, showing developer-supplied information on listings, keeping the Site secure, and meeting legal obligations. We don't send marketing email unless you separately opt in.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the Site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database, image storage and email delivery) and Verisdiction (age gate). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted on request. Sign-in links expire after 30 minutes; developer sessions after 30 days. Developer submissions stay while they're published.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from alerts in one click from any alert email. Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@lewddex.com from the address concerned; we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights, including to complain to your data-protection authority. We won't treat you differently for exercising them.

Security and location

Data is stored with Cloudflare, which may process it in the United States and other countries. We use encryption in transit and limit what we store.

Children

The Site is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and email alert subscribers about material changes.
