LewdDex is not a "producer" (primary or secondary) of any visual content on the Site within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The Site is an index: it catalogues third-party games and displays promotional artwork and screenshots supplied by, or published by, those games' creators, with links to the creators' own pages. The overwhelming majority of that imagery is drawn or computer-generated and depicts no actual human beings.

Games that feature actual human beings are listed by name, description and link only: LewdDex does not display their artwork, covers or screenshots. Records for any such content are the responsibility of that game's producer, whose official page is linked from the listing. LewdDex does not produce, commission, or own such content.
