Developers: corrections and removals

If you made a game listed here, the fastest route is to claim your listing and edit it. To have a listing removed instead, email help@lewddex.com from an address or account we can connect to the game's official release; we act within 72 hours.

Copyright notices (DMCA)

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@lewddex.com including:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work;
3. the URL(s) of the material on lewddex.com;
4. your contact details (address, phone, email);
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to the material and, where we can, notify the person who supplied it.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or Clark County, Nevada if you're outside the US). We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the claimant tells us they've filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We revoke developer access for users who repeatedly submit infringing material.

Intimate images (TAKE IT DOWN Act)

If an intimate image of you appears here without your consent, email help@lewddex.com with the link. We remove valid requests within 48 hours.
